Shipping policy

UK delivery

We offer free UK delivery for ready-stock loose gemstone orders up to £2,500 using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, with the appropriate compensation level for the shipment value. Parcels are tracked and require a signature.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Please allow an estimated 2–4 working days from ordering for most UK addresses. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Remote postcode exceptions and service disruptions can affect delivery times. The carrier’s next-working-day guarantee runs from acceptance before its cut-off, not from the time you place your order.

High-value orders

Orders above £2,500 require separately arranged specialist insured transport or an agreed private viewing and collection. Contact info@naturalspinelgem.co.uk before ordering to confirm suitable arrangements and any delivery charge. We will not dispatch a high-value gemstone through a service with inadequate cover.

International delivery

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. International orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days; delivery may take 3–28 business days depending on the destination, customs and local services. Please contact us before ordering if you need a confirmed delivery estimate or high-value transport arrangements. Import duties and taxes may apply as explained at checkout and in our customs information.

Delivery support and returns

We pack gemstones securely and retain proof of posting. Carrier compensation is subject to the service terms and does not limit your consumer rights. If an order is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us so we can investigate.

For returns, please read our 30-day return and refund policy. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns of ready-stock loose gemstones.
